Hi, I’m Angelica
A personal trainer, a mom, and a woman deeply committed to helping other women feel strong, confident, and cared for. I’m also the proud mother of a 13-year-old daughter who is my why behind everything I do. She reminds me daily that when a woman takes care of herself, everyone around her benefits.
My fitness journey began in 2018 during my own weight-loss transformation. What started as a physical change quickly became something deeper — a shift in mindset, confidence, and self-worth. Over the past six years in the fitness industry, I’ve learned that true transformation isn’t about perfection. It’s about consistency, self-respect, and choosing yourself again and again.
I train women because I believe self-care isn’t selfish — it’s foundational. When women invest in their health, they show up stronger for their families, their children, and themselves. As a mom, I know how often we’re told to put ourselves last. I’m here to show you that you don’t have to.
My philosophy is simple:
Strength builds confidence, and confidence changes lives
Sustainable progress comes from consistency, not extremes
Your body deserves a plan that fits your real life
What I offer:
Female-focused training designed for busy moms
Safe, effective workouts tailored to your goals
Support with nutrition, habits, and mindset
A supportive community where you’re truly seen
My promise — to my daughter and to every woman I train — is to lead by example. To show that caring for yourself is an act of love, and that when you do, you give everyone around you permission to do the same.
About Sobre Ella: A Story Woven in Every Name and Symbol
Sobre Ella means “about her.”
Her strength. Her growth. Her story.
This space was created for the woman learning to choose herself through movement, nourishment, and consistency. What often begins as fitness becomes something deeper: confidence, discipline, and a renewed sense of self.
Every element of Sobre Ella reflects her journey.
- The kettlebell symbolizes strength built with intention and repetition.
- The cactus represents resilience, the ability to grow, even through difficult seasons.
Together, they mirror her: grounded, powerful, and evolving.
Rooted in culture and lived experience, Sobre Ella was built with real women in mind especially Latina women balancing family, work, and their own dreams. This space honors her reality, not a highlight reel.
This is more than training or meal plans.
It’s about her becoming - supported, seen, and never alone.
Welcome to Sobre Ella. Welcome to your next chapter.
